Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or booking any of our services (classes, workshops, events, festivals, retreats, special programs or others), you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments and Reservations

All payments made for classes, workshops, events, retreats, group choreography, or other services from Morrigan Tribal are non-refundable.
Spaces are confirmed only when payment has been received.
Some services may require additional or supplementary payments; this will be communicated in advance.
For events or programs with limited capacity, payment secures your spot and cannot be transferred to another date or activity.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds are given for non-attendance, absences, personal schedule changes, or other reasons beyond the organization's control.
No refunds are given in cases of illness, travel, or personal commitments.
For ongoing activities (such as monthly payments), payments are not split or transferable to other months.

3. Class and Attendance Policy

Schedules, teachers, and locations may be subject to change.
In case of force majeure (emergencies, natural disasters or other external situations), classes may be rescheduled or moved to another format without the possibility of a refund.
It is the responsibility of each student to confirm attendance when requested by the school (especially in irregular months or groups with reduced capacity).

4. Use of Image

By participating in any class, event, or activity, you authorize the use of photographs and videos for promotional, educational, or documentary purposes by Morrigan Tribal, unless you notify us in writing otherwise before the activity.

5. Exemption from Liability

Participation in classes, workshops, or physical activities is at your own risk.
Morrigan Tribal is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during in-person or virtual activities.
All participants are advised to report any relevant medical conditions before attending.

6. Re-enrollment and Monthly Fees Policy

Monthly fees are paid in full, regardless of the number of classes attended.
Annual re-enrollment applies as indicated by the administration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Promotions or discounts cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.

7. Special Events, Retreats and Workshops

All reservations, initial payments, deposits or total amounts for special events, festivals, international workshops or retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By registering for an event or retreat, you agree that itineraries, guest teachers, or locations may change due to external factors.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Morrigan Tribal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be published on this same page and will apply from their publication date.
