Fusion Bellydance

​Belly dance is a traditional dance form originating in the Middle East and North Africa, characterized by combining isolated, fluid movements with strong accents, with a special focus on the hips, abdomen and torso. In addition to its gentle elegance, this dance has power and strength, offering artistic expression and an excellent exercise to improve flexibility, strength and coordination.

With 13 years dedicated to fusion belly dance and 5 years of yoga practice, Rita Puente deeply believes in the transformative power of conscious movement. Her approach combines solid technique with an inclusive and authentic teaching philosophy, where each dancer finds their own voice through dance. At Morrigan Tribal, Rita has created more than a studio: it's a community where movement is in the air, the diversity of styles is celebrated, and every body is honored on its own artistic journey.
