Fusion Bellydance

​Belly dance is a traditional dance form originating in the Middle East and North Africa, characterized by combining isolated, fluid movements with strong accents, with a special focus on the hips, abdomen and torso. In addition to its gentle elegance, this dance has power and strength, offering artistic expression and an excellent exercise to improve flexibility, strength and coordination.

Con 13 años dedicados a la danza del vientre fusión y 5 años de práctica en yoga, Rita Puente cree profundamente en el poder transformador del movimiento consciente. Su enfoque combina técnica sólida con una filosofía de enseñanza inclusiva y auténtica, donde cada bailarina encuentra su propia voz a través de la danza. En Morrigan Tribal, Rita ha creado más que un estudio: es una comunidad donde se respira movimiento, se celebra la diversidad de estilos, y cada cuerpo es honrado en su propio viaje artístico.
