Only the performance project with Rita Puente is included.
This package includes:
- 4 hours of mandatory in-person classes on Friday the 17th (if you are unable to attend this rehearsal you will not be able to participate in this project).
- 2 hours of rehearsal via Zoom.
- Certificate of participation.

For the choreographic project with Rita Puente: Participants will dance a choreography created by her in the main show. Rita will design and create the costumes for each participant. Participants must pay for the costumes, and associated costs will be discussed directly with her. The estimated cost range is between $30 and $55 per costume.

Performance Project with Rita Puente
By acquiring your spot for the Tribal GT Festival 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment and Cancellation Policy
- All payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Your reservation can be transferred to another participant, but it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place. The Tribal GT team may assist in sharing the information but is not responsible for ensuring the resale or transfer.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to morrigantribal@gmail.com.
- No refunds will be granted for any reason, including vacations, illness, visas, injuries, or other unforeseen events.
- Full payment must be made before April 1, 2026 (for external participants) or before April 15, 2026 (for regular students of Morrigan Tribal). In exceptional cases, payment may be accepted on the day of the event, but never after the festival date.
2. Health and Special Conditions
- Participants must inform the Tribal GT team of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at least two weeks before the event.
- Some activities involve physical effort; each participant is responsible for knowing their own limits and health conditions.
3. Additional Activities
- Tickets to attend the festival’s two official shows must be purchased separately and in advance.
- Costumes for the Performance Project, as specified by the lead instructor, must be purchased by the participant.
4. Venue and Event Rules
- If I am not enrolled in a workshop, I commit to waiting outside the room during its session.
- I will take care of the facilities and accept responsibility for any damage I may cause.
- I commit to respecting the rules and guidelines of each space used during the festival.
5. Participation in the Solo Show
- The theme of the show is “Elements of the Periodic Table.” Each participant must choose one element to represent. In case of repetition, priority will be given to the person who selected it first.
- Music must be submitted by March 5, 2026. If it is not received on time, I will not be able to participate in the performance.
- The stage has limited space, with a maximum of two people per performance. I will take this into account when planning my act.
- Photos and videos of the event will be made available and may be used, as long as proper credit is given.
- To ensure the success of the event, collaboration in its promotion and dissemination is appreciated and encouraged.
6. Respect and Community
- At Morrigan Tribal, we foster an environment of respect, empathy, and mutual care.
- Offensive comments, mockery, or attitudes that affect the emotional safety of any group member will not be tolerated.
- We are an inclusive space, where everyone is welcome just as they are, and we value diversity as an essential part of our community.
- If at any time an uncomfortable situation arises or something affects your experience, we ask that you communicate directly with the instructor or the Morrigan Tribal team. We are here to listen and seek solutions with respect and care.
7. Changes and Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
- Morrigan Tribal reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, and activity availability due to operational needs, teacher availability, or unforeseen events.
- In the case of force majeure or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or situations beyond the organization’s control), Morrigan Tribal may reschedule activities or offer alternative options without any obligation to refund.
8. Non-Employment and Non-Medical Relationship
- I acknowledge that my participation in the festival is voluntary, and there is no employment relationship between Morrigan Tribal and the participants.
- I understand that instructors are not responsible for providing medical diagnoses or treatments, and any recommendations are purely general in nature.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute related to my participation in the festival will be resolved amicably, and if necessary, through private mediation before resorting to legal channels.

1. Acceptance of Risks and Responsibilities
I understand that participation in Tribal GT classes and activities involves certain natural risks of physical activity.
I agree to participate consciously and responsibly, respecting my own limits and physical conditions.
I declare that I am fit to participate and, if necessary, I have previously consulted with a healthcare professional.
I assume full responsibility for any injury or inconvenience that may arise during my participation, even if these occur due to my own negligence or that of others.
I agree to follow the teachers' instructions and respect the established safety rules.
2. Disclaimer of Liability
I understand that, while measures are taken to ensure the safety of participants, unforeseen incidents always exist. I agree to participate at my own discretion and release Tribal GT, Morrigan Tribal, their directors, teachers, staff, and volunteers from liability, even in cases of negligence.
If I require medical assistance during the activity, I authorize the organizers to provide me with the necessary help.
If I consider it appropriate, I will consult a doctor before participating and follow his or her recommendations.
3. Use of Image
I authorize the use of photographs, videos, and recordings in which I appear during the festival for promotional and documentary purposes, without compensation or prior approval.
