By purchasing your place at the Lunar Immersion retreat, you acknowledge and accept the following Disclaimer.

• I am fully aware that participation in the retreat (the "Activity") involves risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, loss of property, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether created by negligence, carelessness, or otherwise.
• "Claims" includes, but is not limited to, any liability, demand, damage, injury, legal action, or loss related to my participation. "Released Party" means Lunar Immersion, Luna Poumian, its affiliates, directors, officers, instructors, staff, agents, or volunteers.
• I acknowledge and accept that: a. I am in adequate physical condition to participate. b. I understand my limitations and will stop any activity if I experience pain or discomfort. c. If the activity takes place outdoors, I will follow all safety and traffic rules.
• I accept full responsibility for any equipment or materials provided during the retreat and agree to return them in good condition.
• I will follow the instructors' guidance and safety rules at all times.
• I hereby release, waive, and permanently discharge all claims against any Released Party, even if caused by negligence.
• I agree not to sue any Released Party and agree to indemnify them against any Claim brought by me or on my behalf.
• I acknowledge that medical care may not be immediately available and I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
• I understand that it is advisable to consult a doctor before participating in physical activities.
• I grant permission for my photos, videos and image to be used by the Released Parties for promotional purposes worldwide, without compensation.
• I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as the law allows.
• If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• By purchasing my spot, I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and that I fully understand and accept these terms.
• I acknowledge that:
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • The schedules or activities of the retreat may change.
  • I am responsible for bringing any necessary personal equipment.
  • If I am pregnant or planning to become pregnant, I will provide medical clearance (ParMED-X for Pregnancy) before participating in physical activities.

We offer flexible payment options to make your retirement experience more accessible. You can choose to pay in 3, 5, or 10 installments, according to your preference. All payments must be completed by September 15, 2026.

Full Payment with Discount

• If you pay the full amount in one payment, you receive a discount of $150 USD.

Automatic Payments and Grace Period

• Payments are charged automatically according to the schedule you select.
• If a payment is rejected, there is a 5-day grace period to resolve the issue.
• After two failed attempts, your reservation may be cancelled. You must contact us immediately to avoid losing your place.

Payment Schedule

• Monthly payments are made from [month] 2025 until September 2026, depending on the plan selected.
• As your retirement date approaches, there may be fewer installment options available, so we recommend selecting your preferred plan as soon as possible.

Important Notes

• Your reservation is only confirmed once the first payment has been successfully processed.
• Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid missed payments.

• Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant (it is the participant's responsibility to find a replacement; Lunar Immersion can help by sharing the information but does not guarantee the transfer).
