FCBD/ATS Intensive Workshop
This intensive 4-hour workshop is designed for dancers of all levels who wish to delve deeper into the technique and philosophy of American Tribal Style Belly Dance (ATS). Taught by FCBD®-certified teacher Rita Puente , the workshop offers a hands-on immersion in the style's fundamentals, including technique, improvisation, and group connection.

4 hours of intensive FCBD classes with Rita Puente.
Digital support material to review the content learned.
Access to the exclusive community of participants for exchange and networking.
Opportunity to join the ATS tribe for future presentations and events.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable .
Your reservation can be transferred to another participant, but it is your responsibility to coordinate with the person who will fill your spot. The Morrigan Tribal team can assist by sharing information, but is not responsible for guaranteeing resale or transfer.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to morrigantribal@gmail.com .
Health and Special Conditions
Participants must inform of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the workshop.
Some activities involve physical exertion; each participant is responsible for knowing their own limits and health conditions.
Rules in Facilities and Activities
You must respect the space where classes are held and wait outside if you are not registered for the corresponding session.
I will take care of the facilities and assume responsibility for any damage that may occur.
Participation in the ATS Tribe
At the end of the workshop, you can choose to participate or join the ATS tribe for future presentations and events.
Respect and Coexistence
Morrigan Tribal fosters an environment of respect, empathy, and mutual care.
Offensive comments, mockery, or attitudes that affect the emotional safety of any participant will not be tolerated.
We are an inclusive space where everyone is welcomed as they are, valuing diversity as part of our community.
If any uncomfortable situation arises, please report it directly to your teacher or the Morrigan Tribal team.
Changes and Cancellations due to Force Majeure
Morrigan Tribal reserves the right to modify schedules or availability of activities based on operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of force majeure, the workshop may be rescheduled or an alternative offered, with no obligation to refund.
Non-Employment and Non-Medical Relationship
I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and there is no employment relationship with Morrigan Tribal.
I understand that teachers do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments; any recommendations are general in nature only.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to my participation will be resolved amicably and, if necessary, through private mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
By confirming my registration, I declare that I am over 18 years of age, have read and understood this document, and voluntarily accept its terms.

- I understand that participation in classes involves certain risks inherent in physical activity.
- I agree to participate consciously and responsibly, respecting my own limits and physical conditions.
- I declare that I am fit to participate and, if necessary, I have consulted with a healthcare professional.
- I assume full responsibility for any injury or inconvenience that may arise during my participation.
- I agree to follow the teacher's instructions and respect the established safety rules.
- Disclaimer of Liability
- I understand that, although measures are taken to ensure safety, there is always the possibility of unforeseen incidents.
- I release Morrigan Tribal, its directors, teachers, staff, and volunteers from liability, even in cases of negligence.
- Should I require medical assistance, I authorize the organizers to provide me with the necessary help.
- If I consider it appropriate, I will consult a doctor before participating and follow his or her recommendations.
- Use of Image
- I authorize the use of photographs, videos, and recordings in which I appear during the workshop for promotional and documentation purposes, without compensation or prior approval.
